Design of a modular video based program

Challenge: Our client recognised the need to equip relationships managers to conduct difficult credit conversations with clients.

Solution: Adeva designed and developed training that could be rolled out across the world, using videos and the bank’s own staff to deliver the training.

Deliverables: Design of the overall program; conducting research with senior executives; writing the script for videos; developing course materials and supporting resources and conducting train-the-trainer sessions.

Storyboard development for risk eLearning modules

Challenge: Our client wanted to offer bespoke eLearning modules on credit and market risk as part of its bank-wide risk curriculum.

Solution: As a long term training partner to this client, we were able to leverage our deep knowledge of the bank and the risks they face to create highly relevant content.

Deliverables: Storyboard for an interactive learning experience based on Adeva’s highly effective analytic frameworks, with scenarios and case studies relevant to the bank’s risk strategy and frameworks.

Design and development of blended learning program

Challenge: Our client wanted to improve the quality and completeness of credit applications submitted by relationship managers.

Solution: Working closely with the bank’s subject matter experts, we designed a bespoke blended learning program based on the bank’s credit policies, templates and best practices.

Deliverables: modular online learning program including interactive eWorkbooks and assessment tools.
