Trainer Opportunities – Corporate and Institutional Credit Training
Are you an experienced banker working in coverage or corporate / institutional credit risk management? We are currently seeking a trainer to join us on a consulting basis. Our trainer will be involved in delivering our intermediate and advanced level corporate / FIG credit and corporate finance workshops.
Role Profile
Adeva Partners provides bespoke digital, virtual and classroom-based training.
You will deliver a range of specialist courses that have been specifically tailored and developed for professionals within banks, other financial institutions, regulators and multi-lateral organisations.
It is envisaged that once you become familiar with the training material and have been trained in the delivery of the courses, you will deliver between 40 to 60 training days per year and an additional 30 to 50 days developing and updating course material. You will work closely both with our team of professionals and with our clients to help ensure your credit knowledge is kept current and market focused, and you are well placed to provide the best training possible in today’s challenging environment.
Requirements
It is essential that you have extensive and recent Corporate / FIG credit experience as a banker, investor or rating analyst. You should excel at assessing creditworthiness and structuring transactions. Your experience will have been accumulated over 7+ years and you are educated to at least a degree standard or have an industry qualification. You must be proficient in using Excel and capable of modelling.
Market knowledge is crucial, and you must keep abreast of current issues. Coupled with your outstanding analytic skills you must also have an in-depth appreciation of accounting, debt structuring and forecasting.
In addition to having expertise in credit analysis, those candidates who also have experience in restructuring, emerging markets, project finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance or trade finance will be viewed favourably. Likewise, the ability to train in Spanish is an added benefit.
Naturally you will be an effective communicator with well honed and proven presentation and excellent listening skills. You must be at ease working to a planned programme as well as being flexible in your approach; flexibility, team-work and multi-tasking skills as well as a willingness to travel are essential to being a successful trainer with us.
As your role within the company grows you would be invited to provide support with marketing and client management.
